In the list of accredited Jilin high-tech enterprises issued by the National Leading Group Office of High-tech Enterprises Accreditation and Management, Changchun Faway Tongyang Automobile Plastic Components Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Faway Tongyang") is included, and it is also awarded the title of High-tech Enterprise for 2022-2024. This not only marks that Faway Tongyang has won the national recognition in the number of owned intellectual property rights, scientific and technological achievements transformation capability, standard of research and development organization and management, and development capability and growth of the enterprise, but also helps the Company to improve its brand image and market value, laying a foundation for the Company's transformation and upgrading as well as high-quality development.

Founded in 2003, the Faway Tongyang is a large-scale automobile components production and manufacturing enterprise that is jointly invested by Changchun Faway Tongyang Automobile Components Co., Ltd. and Taiwan Tong Yang Business Group. Its business scope includes the development, manufacturing and after-sales service of automobile exterior trims, relevant automobile components and lightweight products. Now the Company has nearly 3,000 personnel and covers a total area of 376,000 m2. It possesses more than 30 sets of 3200T large injection molding machines and 9 brand painting lines, with an annual output of more than 7.5 million sets of bumper assemblies. At present, the Company has completed the "six regions and eight plants" group industrial layout in Changchun, Foshan, Qingdao, Tianjin, Anhui and Shanghai, and it has set two R&D centers respectively in Changchun and Shanghai.

The Company is now committed to providing customers with first-class automobile bumpers and other exterior trim products and services. The main customers of the Company include FAW Hongqi, FAW-Volkswagen, FAW-Bestune, FAW Jiefang, FAW Toyota, Mazda, BAIC Group, XPENG, Volkswagen Anhui, Audi NEV, Shanghai TXX, Shanghai XX, NIO, etc. Currently, the Company owns more than 80% of shares of the bumper aftermarket of FAW-Volkswagen.

It is worth noting that at the awards ceremony of the 2022 Machinery Industry Modernized Enterprise Management Demonstration Project, Faway Tongyang won the "Management Demonstration and Progress Enterprise". Also, driven by the high-quality development of the enterprise boosted by the construction of the "1+3161+1" excellent operation management system, the Company won the "Second Prize of Chinese Machinery Industry Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievements". The laboratory has gained equivalent recognition by Volkswagen (Germany), Audi (Germany), FAW-Volkswagen and FAW Hongqi. In September 2021, the laboratory has been recognized by the National Laboratory, with the professional analysis and testing capability recognized both domestically and internationally.
