On August 19, the 2022 Changchun Agriculture Investment Promotion & Famous Agricultural Products Promotion Meeting was held in Changchun Agricultural Expo Park.

This promotion meeting is an important event held by CPC Changchun Municipal Committee and Municipal Government with an aim to comprehensively strengthen investment promotion, help boost rural revitalization, accelerate the construction of a modern agricultural city, transform Changchun's advantages in agricultural resources into those in economic ones, and expand and reinforce the agricultural product processing industry. Present in the meeting are more than 100 people, including leaders of relevant municipal departments such as Changchun Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Bureau of Animal Industry, and Bureau of Food and Strategic Reserves; relevant leaders of each county (city/district), Changchun New Area, China-Korea (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone, and Government of the Development Zone (Management Committee); heads of the Chamber of Commerce (Association) and leading enterprises settled in Changchun, as well as representatives of the project contracting units.

At the promotion meeting, Shuangyang District of Changchun, Jiutai District of Changchun, Gongzhuling City, Nong'an County, and Dehui City made recommendations respectively. At the signing ceremony, a total of 12 projects, such as the projects between Gongzhuling Municipal Government and Ammon Foods, Yushu Municipal Government and Pengpai Agriculture, and Nong'an County Government and Shandong Shengwei Animal Husbandry included, reached a preliminary agreement on cooperation, with a contract amount up to RMB 6.007 billion.
